Michael Eden has worked in music, film, arts, education and live event production for over 30 years. He composes and performs under his moniker, Mokital, in experimental turntablism and electronics.
He is co-director of the RouteStock arts organisation and The Hot Tin arts and music venue. Following a distinction for a Master of Arts in Ethnomusicology, Sonic Arts and Ethnography at Goldsmiths University, he is currently at Goldsmiths as a doctoral researcher in electroacoustic organ-pipe composition, satirical sonic art, early Levant organ history and hyperorgan development.
